Winter illness season is now here. We are experiencing an increase in requests to manage winter illness which will usually improve without needing to see a GP. All requests received will be assessed by a clinician and an appropriate response will be sent to you. Please ensure you provide full information of your condition. This

Opening Hours

Telephone lines open at 8:00am to 6:30pm at all three locations Monday to Thursday and 8.00am to 6.30pm on a Friday.

The surgeries are very occasionally closed on a Wednesday or Thursday afternoon for staff training. At these times a notice will be displayed stating this, with a contact number for emergencies.

We are closed at weekends and on Bank Holidays

If you need help when we are closed

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.

111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

Accidents

The nearest Accident & Emergency department is at Stepping Hill Hospital. Tel: 0161 419 4108. Only if you have a serious accident or medical emergency, should you go directly there. Otherwise, always telephone the surgery first.
