Service Disruption

All primary care services across Greater Manchester were disrupted this morning [15 July 2025] due to IT issues. This disruption affected our telephones, electronic consultation and patient management platforms. Naturally this will have caused significant inconvenience to both our patients and the service. Our systems are now functional and we are working to catch-up on normal service.
