As a registered patient we are seeking your views of how to help shape ‘Enhanced Access’ to primary care appointments. This is the offer of appointments that sits outside of ‘normal’ GP practice hours, i.e. weekdays before 8:00am and after 6:30pm and at the weekends. We are part of a Primary Care Network (PCN) called Victoria. This network comprises of six local GP Practices who are working in collaboration to deliver better outcomes for our patient population. Winter Illness – Self Care Information
Winter illness season is now here. We are experiencing an increase in requests to manage winter illness which will usually improve without needing to see a GP. All requests received will be assessed by a clinician and an appropriate response will be sent to you. Please ensure you provide full information of your condition. This
